To get maximum curl, first curl your lashes with The Eyelash Curler, then apply 2 generous coats of this mascara, one right after the other to top lashes, wiggling brush side to side then up and through the lash. 2. For easier application to bottom lashes, hold the brush longways as you're applying. Pairings: 1. Use The Curling Mascara with The Eyelash Curler. 2.
