Apply in the morning. Rinse with a cotton pad soaked in HYDRA-TONER. Lips are then ready for moisturising balm or lip colour. For a more intense treatment give yourself a 10-minute steam facial, then apply a thick layer of lip scrub. Using clean fingertips, massage to lift away dead skin and reduce fine lines, while stimulating the epidermis. After exfoliating, apply a thick layer of Baume de Rose lip products to deeply nourish and regenerate the lips.
