Because this product is a Coconut Oil base, it will solidify in cooler temperatures. Run the bottle under hot water until it completely liquefies. This may take a few minutes. Give it a good shake, turn bottle upside down and pump a few times to start the flow of the product. Simply repeat process at any time if your dispenser stops working. Enjoy!!
