Completely oil-free, S.D. alcohol-free and water-soluble, this soothing, conditioning gel is specially formulated to instantly dissolve all traces of eye and lip make-up, including stubborn mascara. Help strengthen lashes and condition the delicate eyelid area with Silk Amino Acids. 
Clean rinsing and conditioning. Sting-free make-up removal. Won't leave behind an oily residue.
Active ingredient: Water/Aqua/Eau, Disodium Lauroamphodiacetate, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Hexylene Glycol, Silk Amino Acids, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Tetrasodium EDTA, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
Apply a small amount to wet cotton. Remove eye and lip make-up by gently massaging over the area. Rinse thoroughly.
